Money would be better spent on infrastructure, more power and water. When i went to school, i didn’t have laptops, all i had was pen, paper and a blackboard. If these people think that those kides need laptops to learn, they are just wasting money that could be better spent on other essentials.

I know that there are a lot of worse problems over there like food and stuff, but computers depend directly on electricity.
