Nigerian school without power receives 300 laptops
As part of the One-Laptop-Per-Child programme (OLPC), 300 laptops were donated to a Nigerian School, one per pupil… But the problem is that the school has no electricity.
Although I think this program is a step forward for the development of such countries, there are indeed such primitive concerns that should be taken care of first.
